Marco Antonini

CEO / COFOUNDER

Engineer from Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna – Engineering, design, construction, experimentation, supervision, technical and technological evaluation.

Marco holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.

For over twenty years, he worked in the sector of technological waste treatment and disposal plant management, where he held the role of company technical manager and co-director for a long time.

He obtained the qualifications required to act as Occupational Health and Safety Manager for all economic activity macro-sectors.

He is a certified technician for level 2 TT non-destructive testing (civil, electrical, process analysis) (EN ISO 9712:2012).

He is passionate about architecture, the history of architecture, motor mechanics, science and innovation.

CTO / COFOUNDER

Engineer from Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna – Engineering, design, supervision, quality control, production management.

Francesca holds a Master’s degree in Environmental and Resource Engineering with a specialization in ‘Energy’ from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna. For five years, she acquired technical/logistics/administrative experience in a company in the field specializing in the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. For another 10 years, she worked for a company involved in the integrated management of non-hazardous waste, holding the role of manager of integrated management systems for quality, occupational safety, the environment and related certification for a long time. For over 10 years, she worked as a freelance consultant on matters related to engineering, energy, the environment and occupational safety.

She obtained the qualifications required to act as Occupational Health and Safety Manager for all economic activity macro-sectors.

Her passions include art, philosophy and ancient history, mechanics applied to machines, music and botany, science and science fiction.
